Thank you for shopping with GrilledLemon. Every squishy in our collection is carefully selected, inspected, and packed with care before it is shipped. As our products are pre-loved collectibles, please read the following policy before making your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept:

* Returns
* Refunds
* Exchanges
* Cancellations after an order has been placed

Please purchase only if you are comfortable with these terms.

Condition of Our Squishies

Unless otherwise stated, all items sold by GrilledLemon are pre-loved.

As pre-loved collectibles, they may naturally show signs of previous ownership, including but not limited to:

* Manufacturing defects like: Airbubbles, paint peels, fading, unevenness due to manufacturing
* Imperfections, tears, cracks, defects, oils
* Packaging wear, creases, dents,
* Natural signs of handling or storage

Any significant flaws or defects will be disclosed in the product listing whenever possible.

We encourage customers to carefully review all product photos and descriptions before placing an order.

Handmade & Collectible Items

Many squishies are handmade or hand-painted by their original manufacturers. Small variations in colour, paint, texture, scent, or finish are normal characteristics and are not considered defects.

Damaged During Shipping

All orders are securely packed using protective packaging like bubble wrapping & paper to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, GrilledLemon is not responsible for delays, loss, mishandling, or damage caused during delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim where applicable.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item due to our packing error, please contact us within **48 hours** of receiving your parcel with clear photographs of:

* The item received
* The packaging
* Your order number

We will review the situation and work with you to resolve the issue where appropriate.
